Ocean Park has once again been recognised as a leading tourist attraction across China and named the “Most Popular Theme Park” at the 5th Ferris Awards organised by the China Association of Amusement Parks and Attractions (CAAPA), while Ocean Park’s Executive Director, Operations and Entertainment, Timothy Ng is selected by the prestigious industry association as “China Amusement Industry Pioneer”, for his outstanding achievements. Additionally, Ocean Park has scooped the “2018 Top 10 Enterprise” award at Sina Weibo’s annual Weibo Starlight Awards programme.
The Park received the esteemed recognition from CAAPA for the second time at the awards held during the China Cultural Tourism Industry Development Forum 2019. The CAAPA awards are excellent testimonies to Ocean Park’s brand influence, operation efficiency and philosophy, as well as innovation and best practices. Meanwhile, this is the third year in a row that Sina Weibo has celebrated Ocean Park for its impressive level of influence, engagement and impact across the Sina Weibo platform that reaches beyond Asia.
