Chilled Mango and Crab Meat Timbale with Sake Steamed Abalone, which offers a tantalizing mixture of tastes and textures. This is followed by Sea Floor Party – Sustainable Bouillabaisse Accompanied with Mini Toasted Bun, which includes mussels, scallops and Chilean Sea Bass as ingredients. To make the experience even more delightful, the mini toasted bun is presented as a cute little crab. The main course is Loony Lobster – Baked Bloody Orange Turkey Roulade Stuffed with Morel and Pistachios, Served with Chestnut Terrine Deep Fried Taro Puff and Bloody Orange Sauce – with the ingredients arrayed in the shape of a lobster. Bringing the meal to a sweat and irresistible conclusion is Sweet Swimming Dragon – Eclairs Parcel with Mascarpone Cream and Häagen-Dazs Vanilla Ice Cream.
Kids visiting their favourite theme park during the Christmas season can enjoy Undersea Adventure Kid’s Combo Set Menu at various restaurants in Ocean Park. The meal starts with the loveable Crazy Crab’ssaint – Roasted Turkey Stuffed in Croissant, followed by Octopus Parade – Spaghetti with Chicken Sausages and Vegetables in Tomato Marinara Sauce. As for dessert, they can look forward to Marine Star – Wild Berries Mousse with Starfish Chocolate, with the snappy chocolate offering a pleasant contrast to the silky mousse. In addition, various Christmas dishes will be available at Bayview Restaurant, Terrace Café and Panda Café, including Hearty Christmas – Traditional roasted U.S. Turkey and Bone Ham; Christmas Tree House – Christmas Chestnut Yule Log, featuring a little house perched on the iconic Christmas cake; Poseidon’s Castle – Chocolate Mousse Cake, whose shape is inspired by Ocean Park’s Ocean Express funicular train and features Valrhona 65% chocolate as its ingredient; and Angelic Submarine – an Angel Fruits Cake presented in the form of a submarine with assorted dried fruit peels, rum raisin and buttercream.
Ocean Park will also offer a unique Christmas Tea Buffet on 22, 25, 26, 29 of December and 1 January. Guests can enjoy turkey and pineapple salad, pizza, pudding, yule log, mixed nuts tart and more. Kids will have a chance to express their creativity by decorating Christmas cookies with chocolates, marshmallow, icing sugar and other toppings.
