Terms and Conditions

• Guests must be accompanied by a valid Ocean Park Annual Member upon entry. Ocean Park Annual Members must present a valid Ocean Park Annual Membership on the day of their visit upon admission.
• This promotion cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions or offers.
• Tickets purchased under this promotion are non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Ocean Park reserves the right to modify, cancel or suspend this promotion at any time without prior notice.

¹Children aged 11 or below must be accompanied by a person aged 18 or above. Identification Document is required for age verification upon admission.

²Full-time students aged 12 or above. Required to present a valid full-time student document with his/her photo at turnstile upon admission.

The Giant Panda cubs are so adorable and melting everyone’s hearts! As an Annual Member, you are free to join an exclusive viewing session every day at 2pm! Simply present a valid Annual Membership at the entrance of the Giant Panda Adventure to enjoy watching the sweet interactions between Ying Ying and the cubs*. Quotas are limited at 200 per day on a first come first serve basis for a 3-minute viewing time. Entries may be conducted in batches if necessary. 

*Due to changes in the Giant Panda Adventure operating schedule, remaining capacity of the exclusive viewing session will be made available to general visitors when not fully reserved by Annual Members . Any special arrangements will be made without prior notice.
