Ocean Park Hong Kong App will be suspended after 30 June 2026. If you have purchased or bound tickets in the App, please use your unused admission tickets on or before 30 June 2026. If you visit the Park on or after 1 July 2026, please record your ticket code in advance and present it with your payment record at Guest Relations for admission arrangement before the ticket validity expires.
For those Ocean Park Annual Members who had bound their memberships in the App, please continue using your digital membership in PDF format or physical membership card for park admission on or after 1 July 2026.
