Ocean Park's Third Wave of "Lovin' Hong Kong" Surprise To Celebrate Our 30th Anniversary Get Free Admission on Your Birthday!

 (Hong Kong – 9 January 2006)First opened on 10th January 1977, Ocean Park will be celebrating its 29th birthday tomorrow and swiftly approaching it’s 30th anniversary. The unique home-grown theme park in Hong Kong, is proudly looking forward to its 30th year of connecting people with nature and creating more memorable and unbeatable experiences.

During the time leading up to the 30th Anniversary, Ocean Park is introducing a ’20 percent off Admissions’ surprise promotion. From now until 28th February 2006, present any photo capturing your memorable moment at Ocean Park taken during the past 29 years and enjoy a 20 percent discount off daytime admission price*.

 The best 30 photos collected will be made into a special Ocean Park 30th Anniversary Photo Album. The album will be sold to the public to share fond memories of Ocean Park. Part of the proceeds will be donated to Ocean Park Conservation Foundation, Hong Kong, for the conservation of Asian wildlife and habitats through research and education. The 30 people who have their photos selected as the best will be rewarded with prizes worth HK$7,000 including a digital camera, 4 SmartFun Gold Passes, buffet for 4 people and Dolphin Watch Cruise for 2 people.

Importantly, the third launch of “Lovin’ Hong Kong” Surprise will be for the duration of one whole year. From 10th January 2006 to 10th January 2007, to celebrate Ocean Parks up-and-coming big birthday, the general public are able to gain free admission into the Park on their birthdays**.
